The competition is mainly divided into three stages. The first stage is from April to June, and various regions are encouraged to independently carry out basketball exchange activities in combination with agricultural leisure, agricultural seasons, and folk festivals. The second stage is from July to September, with regional competitions held. The northern competition area (held in Chenjia Village, Daling Town, Zhaoyuan City, Yantai City, Shandong Province), the central competition area (held in Xiaomo Village, Gaoleshan Town, Xianfeng County, Hubei Province), and the southern competition area (held in Aiguo Village, Xiaoping Town, Chenxi County, Hunan Province) will combine their respective regional cultural characteristics to fully showcase different themed "village BA" cultural venues. The third stage is the national finals, which will be held in October in Taipan Village, Taijiang County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province.
